This city is located in the
middle of the Europe and Asia border, but is well known for what happen in July
17, 1918.
After the October Revolution,
the family of the deposed Tsar Nicholas II were sent to Yekaterinburg, and on
that day, all the family were executed by the Bolsheviks.
The Ipatiev House were the
Tsar's were executed was demolish and later in his place was built the Church
on Blood, in devotion to what the place represents.
